A truly fruity treat, this thin, crunchy meringue is made with dried raspberries and raspberry coulis. Made exclusively from fruit, with no added flavorings or colorings.
A perfect balance between the woody flavor of almonds and hazelnuts, and the delicate sweetness of fruit.
A wonderful treat to accompany coffee or dessert! All our meringues are handmade in our Sablé-sur-Sarthe workshop.
